The View Holiday Apartment:

The View, is a dog friendly, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment located on the first floor of the stunning Grade II Listed “Edwardian Gentlemans Residence” known as Ashmeadow House. Located on the front right hand corner of the house, The View has the best views of the estuary and the viaduct – hence the name.

The View is a 3 minute level walk from the shops, restaurants and amenities on the Promenade.

The Lounge:

The open plan lounge, kitchen, diner accommodates 4 guests and features luxury Chesterfield furniture, a 56″ Samsung LED TV and 250mbs superfast broadband with wifi throughout the apartment.

The apartment has it’s own Netflix account and there is an Amazon Alexa for music etc.

Heating is provided by a gas boiler with Nest smart Thermostat and cast iron radiators. 

There are plenty of tables and places to rest your drinks and a selection of games to keep you occupied on wet play days.

The Kitchen:

The high specification shaker style kitchen includes a double oven, an induction hob, fridge/freezer, full size dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The built in appliances are all high quality by Neff.

The double sink has a boiling hot water tap, so no waiting for the kettle to boil and there is also a coffee machine with timer, so you can wake up to admire the views with a lovely cup of fresh coffee.

The Marks and Spencer crockery is complimented by Robert Welsh cutlery, cut glass glasses and utensils from the likes of Joseph and Joseph, Pyrex etc.

 

Bathrooms:

There are two bathrooms, the main one has a bath with shower over, sink and low level close coupled WC. All the sanitaryware is high quality by Duravit and the taps and showers are  by Grohe.

The bathrooms are both heated by underfloor heating and both have a heated chrome towel rail.

The en-suite bathroom adjoins the master bedroom and uses the same Duravit and Grohe equipment, but has a slightly smaller sink and a walk in shower with no bath.

Both bathrooms have a good sized mirrored cabinet with electric shaver point within. 

Master Bedroom:

The master bedroom looks out over the estuary so is perfect to sit back in bed and watch the sea birds and wildlife in the morning. 

The bed is a super kingsize with two bedside cabinets and built in reading lights either side. The plug sockets to each side have USB A sockets for charging your phones.

There is a double wardrobe with plenty of good quality wooden coat hangers, a dressing table with mirror and plenty of space for bags etc.

Duvets, towels and pillows are all hypo allergenic by John Lewis.

The original wooden shutters, which have been restored throughout the apartment, do a great job of keeping out the light as the sun sets over the estuary.

Bedroom 2:

The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together, with the same double wardrobe and bedside cabinets as in the master bedroom.

The reading lights at the side of the bed have USB A sockets built into them also.

Within the wardrobe there is an iron and a hair dryer.

Our normal change over day is Friday to Friday. 

During November, we are offering 4 nights stays from Monday to Friday for £720.
