As the works edge ever closer to completion, the plasterers are working their way through the building, closely followed by the electricians and plumbers who are busy with their second fix works. Previous Next

It’s exciting to see the apartments coming together steadily each week now. The shell works and new layouts are almost finished and the plasterers are storming through the 50 rooms with the first of the kitchens starting to go in behind them.

21.10.20 Our fantastic Agents, Waterhouse Estates, commenced the marketing campaign for Ashmeadow House yesterday. All apartments are now listed on Rightmove and the Social Media marketing will now run alongside the same.

05.10.20. Construction has now started with the building having been stripped out and gutted ready for the internal re-configuration and first fix.
