It’s exciting to see the apartments coming together steadily each week now. The shell works and new layouts are almost finished and the plasterers are storming through the 50 rooms with the first of the kitchens starting to go in behind them.

27.08.20 Our new marketing sign has just been installed thanks to Signs Express in Lancaster. They’ve done a great job so give them a call if you ever need any signs.
26.08.20 Today we continued our soft stripping works to remove fixtures and fittings before the main contractors start the full strip out. Leigh and his team from Lakes Catering Maintenance did a great job of carefully and safely removing the full catering kitchen for us – we can highly recommend them for any catering/kitchen work.
